Red Raspberry Leaf is believed to help strengthen uterine muscle, tone the pelvic floor in preparation for childbirth, as well as assist with breastmilk supply. 

The general recommendation is to start with one cup per day from 32 weeks gestation. Always check with a medical profession before starting to drink the tea as each pregnancy is different.
